Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products purchased through our store or online, subject to the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
- For online orders, customers must provide a full, uninterrupted unboxing video from start to finish to be eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipment or defective product), Shopioora Team will cover the return shipping cost.
Products must be returned to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
A complete, uninterrupted video of the packaging process must be submitted with the return shipment.
Refund Policy
- Advance payments for orders are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the product within the promised timeframe or fail to deliver due to an issue on our end. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., SSL, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), or Bank Transfer).
- Refund period for online pickup orders must start from the order cancellation date.
- Refund period is applicable for working days only and does not include weekends or public holidays.
